If you have performed a default database installation you will need to deconfigure Enterprise Manager Database Control. Run the following command as the "oracle" user.

b. Provide details of the existing, certified database where the Management Repository needs to be created. If you have already created a database instance with a preconfigured Management Repository using the database templates offered by Oracle, then provide details about that database instance. > Review and Install. On the Review screen, review the details you provided for the selected installation type.
If you want to change the details, click Back repeatedly until you reach the screen where you want to make the changes.
After you verify the details, if you are satisfied, click Install to begin the installation process. > Wait while the installation and configuration take place. > When prompted, run the root scripts, then click the "OK" button. Once the software binaries are copied and configured, you are prompted to run the allroot.sh script, and the oraInstRoot.sh script if this is the first Oracle product installation on the host. Open another window, log in as root, and manually run the scripts.
> Make note of the URLs, then click the "Close" button to exit the installer. A copy of this information is available in the "/u02/app/oracle/middleware/oms/install/setupinfo.txt" file. On the Finish screen, you should see information pertaining to the installation of Enterprise Manager. Review the information and click Close to exit the installation wizard. > The login screen is available from a browser using the URL provided in the previous screen ("https://192.168.130.141:7801/em"). Log in with the username "sysman" and the password you specified during your installation. > Accept the License Agreement > You are now presented with the homepage selector screen. Select the desired homepage (I chose Summary) and click the "Preview" button and click on 'Select My Home' . > You are presented with the selected screen as the console homepage.
