Reconfigure/Rebuild OEM dbcontrol Repository

Below is the steps to Reconfigure/Rebuild Oracle Enterprise Manager dbcontrol Repository
- Login to Database Server.
- Recreate local SYS password ( orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapw<SID> password=<password> entries=5 )
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwORCL10G password=manager entries=5
- Drop the previous repository
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ lsnrctl stop
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ lsnrctl start
- Restart dbconsole
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ emctl stop dbconsole
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ emctl start dbconsole
- Login to Database Server.
- Recreate local SYS password ( orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapw<SID> password=<password> entries=5 )
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwORCL10G password=manager entries=5
- Drop the previous repository
> [ORCLA10 /home/oracle]$ emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
- Recreate repository[oracle@oracle10g ~]$ emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop

- Restart listener[oracle@oracle10g ~]$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
